Empowered by Sharing CIC offers a unique housing solution for care leavers aged 18-25, combining stable accommodation with peer support. Three young care leavers live with two trained male mentors who provide guidance, life skills, and emotional support. This shared housing model fosters independence, reduces isolation, and builds resilience, helping care leavers transition successfully into adulthood.
